Alyson Renae Michalka (born March 25, 1989, in Torrance, California) is an American actress and singer. She played Keely Teslow in the TV series Phil of the Future and starred in the Disney Channel film Now You See It, for which she and her sister Amanda Michalka sang the title song "Do You Believe in Magic." They also performed the title song "Walking on Sunshine" for the Disney film Herbie: Fully Loaded, released in Germany in August 2005.
In August 2005, Alyson and Amanda, known as Aly & AJ or 78violet, released the album Into the Rush in the US, followed by Acoustic Hearts of Winter in September 2006 and Insomniatic in July 2007. The sisters also sang the title song "No One" for the film Ice Princess. Alyson appeared in the 2006 film Aquamarine and starred alongside Vanessa Hudgens in the 2008 film Bandslam, which was released in 2009.
