AnNa R., born Andrea Neuenhofen on December 25, 1969, in East Berlin, is a German singer and lyricist best known as a member of the duo Rosenstolz. She grew up in East Berlin and attempted to enter the music scene during the GDR era but faced difficulties due to her critical lyrics.
After German reunification, she co-founded Rosenstolz with Peter Plate in 1991, serving as the singer. She also participated in other cultural projects and collaborated in 2005 as a guest singer with the German band Silly. AnNa R. continued her musical career with bands like Gleis 8 and Silly and pursued a successful solo career.
