Ashley Mulheron was born on February 8, 1986, in Scotland. She studied acting for one year at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
She began her career with numerous commercials and had a guest role in the series Primeval. She became mostly known in 2009 for the film Lesbian Vampire Killers alongside James Corden and Mathew Horne. Actress Tiffany Mulheron is her sister.
