Billie Catherine Lourd (born July 17, 1992) is an American actress known for playing Chanel #3 in the Fox comedy horror series Scream Queens and Winter Anderson in the FX anthology series American Horror Story: Cult.
She is the daughter of actress Carrie Fisher and talent agent Bryan Lourd.
