Camila Alves is a Brazilian-American model and designer, born on January 28, 1982, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She began her modeling career in Brazil before moving to the United States to pursue opportunities in the fashion industry. Alves gained wider recognition after beginning a relationship with actor Matthew McConaughey in 2006; they married in 2012.
