Caren Nicole Lay (born December 11, 1972, in Neuwied) is a German politician from The Left party. She has been a member of the Bundestag since 2009 and was elected as one of the four deputy chairpersons of her party at the 3rd federal party congress in June 2012.
In the 2013 federal election, she was one of eight lead candidates for The Left party.
