Carina Spack became known in 2018 as a contestant on the eighth season of the German reality show Der Bachelor. She quit her job as an industrial clerk to participate in the show but was eliminated shortly before the final episode by Bachelor Daniel Völz.
She later appeared in the first season of the spin-off show Bachelor in Paradise, where she formed a winning couple with Sebastian Fobe but did not pursue a relationship after the show. Spack has since participated in several other reality shows, including Fort Boyard and Promis unter Palmen, and won the ProSieben show Das große Promi-Büßen in 2022.
