Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English television and radio presenter. Her career began in 2002 with Bo' Selecta! and she later presented ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 to 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 to 2013, alongside Olly Murs.
Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and began presenting main series including Love Island and The X Factor in 2015, replacing Dermot O'Leary and working with Murs again. In 2015, she ranked 5th in FHM's Sexiest Women list, ahead of Kelly Brook, Kim Kardashian, and Britney Spears.
