Cassadee Blake Pope (born August 28, 1989) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. She was the lead vocalist of the rock band Hey Monday, which went on hiatus in December 2011, releasing two studio albums and three EPs with the band.
Pope began a solo career in early 2012, releasing the EP Cassadee Pope in May 2012. She won the third season of The Voice on December 18, 2012, becoming the show's first female winner. Her debut solo country album, Frame by Frame, was released on October 8, 2013, debuting at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart and reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200, with 43,000 copies sold in its first week.
