Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr (born April 5, 1986) is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE, performing on the SmackDown brand as Charlotte Flair. She is the daughter of Hall of Famer Ric Flair.
Flair debuted in WWE's developmental brand NXT in 2013, winning the NXT Women's Championship in 2014 and earning "Rookie of the Year" by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Promoted to WWE's main roster in 2015, she won the WWE Divas Championship and became the inaugural WWE Raw Women's Champion in 2016. That year, her match against Sasha Banks at Hell in a Cell was the first women's match to headline a WWE pay-per-view event. Flair and Banks also main evented Raw in October and November 2016, setting a record for a WWE women's match length at Roadblock: End of the Line. Pro Wrestling Illustrated named Flair "Woman of the Year" and the world's top female professional wrestler in 2016.
