Dulce María Espinosa Saviñón, born December 6, 1985, is a Mexican actress and singer-songwriter. She was part of the pop group RBD from 2004 to 2009, which originated from the telenovela Rebelde (2004–2006) and sold 57 million albums worldwide.
Since 2009, Dulce María has released two solo albums, Extranjera (2010) and Sin Fronteras (2014), after signing with Universal Music. She has received more than 33 awards, including 2 Europe Music Awards, 1 Kids Choice Award from the USA, 1 from Brazil, and 3 from Mexico. She also holds a platinum certification in Brazil, being the only Mexican artist to achieve this.
