Gina Torres (born April 25, 1969) is an American television and movie actress. She has appeared in television series such as Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Xena: Warrior Princess, Cleopatra 2525, Alias, Firefly, Angel, 24, Suits, The Shield, and Westworld.
She starred opposite Chris Rock in the film I Think I Love My Wife, appeared in South of Pico, and reprised her Firefly role in the film Serenity. Since 2011, she has had a main role on Suits as Jessica Pearson. She and her husband Laurence Fishburne played a married couple on the NBC series Hannibal.
