Anne-Helene Rask Arnesen (born November 11, 1980), better known as Helene Rask, is a Norwegian model from Nesodden. She has worked as a model since she was 17 and has appeared in magazines such as FHM, Vi Menn, Henne, Se & Hør, and Her & Nå. She participated in the Norwegian version of Fear Factor on TV3, where she nearly drowned. She also works for Gatebil Magazine, modeling and answering readers' questions.
Rask has released four singles: "No Love" (2005), "Magic Summer" and "Get On" (2006), and "Venus" (2009). She released an album titled Colours in 2006 and a DVD as a singer, all distributed by the Norwegian record company Best Of Music. She owns Rask Models, a Norwegian modeling agency.
