Jeanie Buss is an American sports executive, born on September 26, 1961, in Santa Monica, California. She is known as the principal owner and president of the basketball team Los Angeles Lakers.
Buss inherited a significant share of the Lakers from her father, Jerry Buss, a well-known sports entrepreneur. She has played a key role in the Lakers' successes on and off the court.
