Jennifer Love Hewitt, born on February 21, 1979, in Waco, Texas, is an American actress, singer, and producer. She gained fame for her lead role in the television series Ghost Whisperer, which aired from 2005 to 2010, portraying Melinda Gordon, a woman who communicates with spirits.
Hewitt also starred in the television film and series The Client List (2010–2013), playing a woman involved in erotic massage. She has maintained a relatively low public profile, is married to actor Brian Hallisay since 2013, and they have two children.
