Julie Ann Brown (born August 31, 1958) is an American actress, comedian, screenwriter, television writer, singer-songwriter, and television director. She is best known for her work in the 1980s, often portraying a valley girl character.
Much of her comedy involves mocking famous people, with a frequent focus on Madonna.
