Kelsey Asbille Chow, born on September 9, 1991, is an American actress. She is known for roles in One Tree Hill, Pair of Kings, and as Monica Dutton in the series Yellowstone.
She began her television career in 2005 and appeared in films such as The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and Wind River (2017).
