Leandra Medine Cohen (born December 22, 1988) is an American author, blogger, and humor writer best known for Man Repeller, an independent fashion and lifestyle website. She explained that the blog's title reflects her view that good fashion is about pleasing women, not men, and that trends loved by women are often disliked by men.
Man Repeller launched in 2010 and quickly gained attention from fashion websites such as Refinery29, Style.com, Gawker, The Cut, and Fashionista. Designers like Rebecca Minkoff and Phillip Lim invited her to Fashion Week and collaborated with her. In 2012, Medine was named one of Forbes's "Top 30 Under 30" influential trendsetters, while Man Repeller appeared in TIME's "25 Best Blogs of 2012" and won "Best Overall Blog" at the 2012 Bloglovin' Awards. She published her first book, Man Repeller: Seeking Love, Finding Overalls, in 2013.
