She first gained a following on Vine with more than 5 million fans and has over 7 million YouTube subscribers, over 650,000 musical.ly fans, and more than 9 million Instagram followers.
In late November 2015, Koshy began dating fellow Vine and YouTube star David Dobrik, with their relationship announced on February 15, 2016. She was named Breakout Creator at the 2016 Streamy Awards.
