Lucy Clarkson (born 6 July 1982 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire) is an English model best known as the fourth official Lara Croft model for the Tomb Raider video game series. She took on this role in May 2000 at age 17 and held it until 2002 when Jill de Jong succeeded her. She has also modeled for Vivienne Westwood and other international designers and was educated at Wath-upon-Dearne Comprehensive School.
Clarkson began modeling after winning an Elite Model Agency competition out of 16,000 applicants, having no prior experience. At 16, she became the face of More Magazine and appeared on multiple covers. She has featured in campaigns for brands including La Senza, Chanel, Diesel, Sports Illustrated, Marks and Spencer, Marie Claire, Veet, De Beers, Pearl Drops toothpaste, and Kellogg's Special K cereal. She is a spokeswoman against size zero and supports SPANA as a celebrity patron. Clarkson appeared in the BBC documentaries "Jess My New Face" (2008) and "My Life as an Animal: Dogs" (2009), quitting the latter after two days. She is a regular guest on BBC London radio's The Late Show and was named Special K's Glamour Magazine diary girl for 2011. In 2011, she co-founded The London Academy of Modelling with Julie Grant.
