Marina Vladimirovna Ovsyannikova (born 1978) is a Russian journalist who worked for Channel One Russia's main evening newscast Vremya since the early 2000s. She later described her role as producing Kremlin propaganda.
In 2022, Ovsyannikova interrupted a live broadcast of Vremya to protest the Russian invasion of Ukraine. She was arrested, detained without access to a lawyer, fined 30,000 rubles, and released. By early October 2022, she was wanted by Russian authorities after fleeing pre-trial house arrest, with her lawyer stating she escaped to Europe.
