Maxi Biewer, born on 24 May 1964 in Berlin, is a German television presenter and actress. She is the daughter of actor Gerd Biewer and Brigitte Krause. Biewer speaks German, English, Russian, and French. She attended a Polytechnic High School in Berlin-Köpenick and completed her Abitur. She graduated as a qualified actress from the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin.
Between 1987 and 1989, Biewer appeared in guest roles on GDR television and performed at the Theater Dessau. In 1989, she moved to West Berlin, and since 1992 she has been a weather presenter at RTL. She gained recognition for her laughter on the RTL Morgenmagazin point 6 and for a weather presentation that was turned into a rap by Stefan Raab. In 2010, she appeared as herself in the series Doctor's Diary, which aired in January 2011. Biewer was romantically involved with RTL morning show presenter Wolfram Kons until 1996. She married French-Canadian Jean-Patrice Venn in 1997, commuting between Germany and Montreal for seven years. She currently lives with her husband in Hennef and spends much of her spare time on a sailboat on the Baltic Sea.
