Meghan Marguerite McCain (born October 23, 1984) is an American columnist, author, former Fox News contributor, and current co-host of The View. She is the daughter of 2008 presidential candidate and former U.S. senator John McCain and Cindy McCain.
McCain gained media attention in 2007 for her blog, McCain Blogette, and became a contributing writer for The Daily Beast in 2009. She appeared as a contributor on MSNBC starting in 2011, hosted on Pivot channel in 2013, and co-hosted Pivot's TakePart Live in 2014. In July 2015, she joined Fox News as a contributor and became a regular co-host of Outnumbered in November 2016. She left Fox News in September 2017 and was named co-host of The View in October 2017, also serving as a contributor and political analyst for ABC News.
