Melody Thornton (born September 28, 1984) is an American singer-songwriter and dancer. She gained fame as a member of the pop group the Pussycat Dolls, where she was the youngest member and held the second most prominent vocal role after Nicole Scherzinger, known for her melismatic vocal runs.
Thornton left the group in 2010 to pursue a solo career. She released her first mixtape, P.O.Y.B.L, on March 15, 2012, and is currently working on her debut solo album.
