Schaffrath received several awards for her work in the adult entertainment industry, including the Venus Award for Best Actress in 2000 and the Eroticline Award for Best Newcomer in 1999. Later, she left the adult film industry to pursue a career in mainstream media and participated in the German reality show "Ich bin ein Star, holt mich hier raus" in 2016.
