Olivia Scott Welch, born on February 11, 1998, in Hurst, Texas, is an American actress. Her career began in her youth with early appearances in series such as Agent Carter and Modern Family.
She became known for her leading role as Samantha Fraser in the Netflix horror trilogy Fear Street (2021), based on the books by R. L. Stine.
