Patricia Schmid (born January 23, 1985) is a Swiss fashion model. She has appeared on the cover of i-D and French Vogue, and in advertisements for the Japanese cosmetics company Shiseido. She has also walked in shows for Marc Jacobs and Jean Paul Gaultier.
After three years of modeling, Schmid took a break to travel and design jewelry, including pieces for friends like Milagros Schmoll. She was named one of Models.com's top 50 models. In July 2015, she graduated as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Later that year, she married artist Gian Tumasch Appenzeller and they had a child named Gion Luis Appenzeller.
