Renée Weibel, born December 23, 1986, in Bern, is a Swiss actress. She completed her education as a stage dancer in 2003 and attended acting school in Berlin from 2006 to 2009. Her first stage appearance was in 2003, with roles in plays such as Swan Lake and The Phantom of the Opera. She appeared in two short films: Uncut! in 2008 and Success in 2009.
Renée took the contract role of Helena von Lahnstein in the German soap opera Verbotene Liebe, making her on-screen debut on October 5, 2009. She moved from Berlin to Cologne for this role. Besides German, she speaks American English and French. In June 2012, she revealed she was dating her Verbotene Liebe co-star Dirk Moritz.
