Sarah Milkowski began her career with the North Rhine-Westphalian Dart Association (NWDV) and in DDV ranking tournaments. She was one of two German participants at the first edition of the PDC Women’s Series, reaching the last 32 round twice. In 2020, she co-commentated live games on DAZN during the Grand Slam of Darts alongside Elmar Paulke and was invited to exhibition matches in England. Milkowski finished 33rd in the 2020 PDC Women’s Series ranking.
In January 2023, she participated in the Dutch Open for the first time, winning one match. With over 80,000 Instagram followers, she is Germany’s leading darts influencer. Together with her husband, she also organizes darts tournaments.
