Serena Grandi, born on 23 March 1958 in Bologna, is an Italian actress known as an icon and sex symbol in Italian cinema during the 1980s and 1990s. She was recognized for her junoesque figure and was considered one of Italy's main pin-up girls. Some films credited her as Vanessa Steiger.
She is known among horror film fans for her roles in the films Antropophagus (1980) and Delirium (1987).
