Shantel VanSanten (born July 25, 1985) is an American model and actress. She has appeared in Teen Vogue and Seventeen magazines.
On television, she played Quinn James in the CW teen drama One Tree Hill, recurred as Detective Patty Spivot in The Flash, and stars as Julie Swagger in the USA Network series Shooter. Her film appearances include The Final Destination, You and I, and Something Wicked.
