Sofia Ribeiro was born on October 2, 1984, in Lisbon, Portugal. She is a Portuguese actress and former model who began her screen career at the age of 21 in the youth series Morangos com Açúcar.
She has appeared in numerous telenovelas, theater productions, and TV shows. In 2024, she played the lead role in the soap opera Senhora do Mar on SIC. In 2016, she survived breast cancer and became the legal guardian of her two nieces in 2023.
