Stephanie Marie McMahon Levesque (born September 24, 1976) is an American businesswoman, professional wrestling valet, professional wrestler, minority owner, and Chief Brand Officer (CBO) of WWE. She is a fourth-generation wrestling promoter and has worked for WWE since her teenage years, progressing from modeling merchandise to receptionist and various front office roles up to her current position. She is the great-granddaughter of Roderick "Jess" McMahon, granddaughter of Vincent J. McMahon, daughter of WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon and Linda McMahon, sister of WWE part-owner and wrestler Shane McMahon, and wife of WWE executive and wrestler Paul "Triple H" Levesque.
McMahon began appearing regularly on WWE television in 1999, initially involved in a storyline with The Undertaker. She held the WWF Women's Championship once and was the on-screen owner of Extreme Championship Wrestling in 2001. She served as SmackDown General Manager in 2002 and later appeared as Raw brand general manager in 2008. From 2013 to 2016, she and her husband Triple H portrayed "The Authority," a power couple making executive decisions on WWE programming. The Authority disbanded in 2016, and she is currently the Commissioner of Raw.
