Sydne Rome (born March 17, 1951) is a United States-born, Italy-based film actress. She began her career in 1969 with the British movie Some Girls Do and later appeared in Italian films and Spaghetti Westerns, often portraying young American characters. She also worked in German film and television.
In the early 1980s, Rome became known for aerobics, releasing workout videos and the album "Aerobic Fitness Dancing," produced by Frank Farian and recorded in German, Spanish, and Italian. As a singer, she recorded the single "Angelo prepotente" in Italian, English ("For You"), and German ("Wozu"), and covered Marty Balin's "Hearts." She married Emilio Lari in 1973 and later married gerontologist Roberto Bernabei. She has lived in Italy since the early 1970s.
