Sylvie Françoise Meis, born on April 13, 1978, in Breda, is a Dutch model and television presenter. She is the ex-wife of Rafael van der Vaart and was known as Sylvie van der Vaart until their separation in January 2013, after which she resumed using her birth name Meis.
In Germany, Sylvie Meis is known for her nude photos and appearances on the RTL show Let's Dance, as well as her role as a judge on the talent show Das Supertalent alongside Dieter Bohlen.
