Tamzin Outhwaite (born 5 November 1970) is a British actress from London. She gained national recognition playing Melanie Owen in the BBC One soap opera EastEnders from 1998 until 2002.
She has also appeared in theatre and television productions, including the army series Red Cap and the crime drama New Tricks.
