Tara Elizabeth Conner (born December 18, 1985) is an American actress, model, and beauty queen who was Miss USA 2006. She has also competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe pageants. Conner has worked as a model and was featured on the HDNet series Bikini Fantasies in 2004. She held the titles Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2002, Miss Kentucky County Fair 2004, and Miss Kentucky USA 2006.
In late 2006, Conner was involved in a public scandal involving underage drinking and testing positive for cocaine, heroin, and crystal meth. She was also reported to have kissed Miss Teen USA Katie Blair. She was allowed to keep her Miss USA title on the condition that she enter a drug rehabilitation program. Donald Trump stated on The Oprah Winfrey Show that he gave her a second chance for personal reasons, referencing his brother Fred's death from alcoholism.
