Triinu Kivilaan (born January 13, 1989, in Viljandi, Estonia) is an Estonian vocalist and former model, best known as a former member of the girl group Vanilla Ninja. She joined the group in 2004, replacing Maarja Kivi on bass, after meeting the members a year earlier. Kivilaan was the youngest member and continued her education alongside the group's activities.
When she joined, Vanilla Ninja was set to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005. Due to an age requirement of at least 16 years, Kivilaan's participation was initially in doubt because she was 15, but she turned 16 four months before the contest, allowing the group to compete. Kivilaan left Vanilla Ninja in December 2005 by mutual consent, citing creative differences. During her time in the group, she mainly provided backing vocals and basic instrumentation and appeared sparingly in their music videos. After leaving, she expressed a desire to return to music as a solo artist after completing her studies.
