Valeria Golino (born 22 October 1965) is an Italian actress and director. She is best known to English-language audiences for her roles in the film Rain Man (1988) and the Hot Shots! films.
She has received several awards, including the David di Donatello, Silver Ribbon, Golden Ciak, and Italian Golden Globe. She is one of three actresses to have won the Best Actress award multiple times at the Venice Film Festival.
