María Victoria Ramírez de Arellano Cardona, professionally known as Young Miko, is a Puerto Rican rapper and singer-songwriter born in Añasco, Puerto Rico. She began her musical career in 2018 by rapping over beats found on YouTube and sharing her tracks on SoundCloud under the name Young Miko. To support her music projects, she also worked as a tattoo artist.
In 2022, she released her debut EP "Trap Kitty," featuring Latin trap tracks influenced by her queer identity, anime, urban culture, and "The Powerpuff Girls." In July 2023, her reggaeton song "Classy 101" entered the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time. Young Miko openly lives her lesbian identity, which she expresses in both her music and personal life.
