Alice Panikian (born May 23, 1985, in Sofia, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian-Canadian journalist, TV host, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Canada on March 21, 2006. She graduated from William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute in Toronto in 2003 and studied English and Communications at York University. Panikian studied broadcast journalism and resides in Toronto, Ontario.
At 6'0" (1.83 m), she is the tallest major national titleholder in Canadian history. Panikian placed 6th at Miss Universe 2006, held after Natalie Glebova's reign, and remains the last Canadian to place at the Miss Universe finals. She represented Canada at the 2006 Reinado Internacional del Café pageant in Colombia, becoming the first Canadian winner. Panikian won "Miss Photogenic" and "Best in Swimsuit" at Miss Universe Canada. She was scheduled to compete at Miss International 2007 but withdrew due to college schedule conflicts.
