Alysia Reiner (born July 21, 1970) is an American actress and producer known for playing Natalie "Fig" Figueroa in the Netflix comedy-drama series Orange Is the New Black (2013–2017), for which she won a SAG Award as part of the ensemble cast.
She starred in and produced the financial drama EQUITY, which was acquired at Sundance by Sony Pictures Classics and released nationwide; it is being developed into a TV series by Tri-Star and ABC. Reiner won an Obie Award for her performance in the Off-Broadway play An Oak Tree. She appeared in the film Sideways as Christine Ergarian, winning a SAG Award with the ensemble cast. Her television roles include D.A. Wendy Parks in ABC's How to Get Away with Murder, a role in FX's Better Things, and appearances in Showtime's Masters of Sex, Rosewood, and TBS's Search Party.
