Annamária Kiss (born December 5, 1981, in Dunaújváros) is a Hungarian former swimmer who specialized in backstroke events. She represented Hungary at the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games and trained for Dunaferr Sports Club under coach Erzsébet Tóth.
Kiss made her Olympic debut at age 14 in Atlanta 1996, finishing 32nd in the 100 m backstroke with a time of 1:07.38. At the 2000 Sydney Olympics, she competed in three events. She qualified with FINA B-standards of 1:05.16 (100 m backstroke) and 2:17.08 (200 m backstroke). In Sydney, she placed 36th in the 100 m backstroke (1:06.12) and 28th in the 200 m backstroke (2:20.40). She also swam the backstroke leg in the 4 × 100 m medley relay, recording a split of 1:06.15; the Hungarian team finished 13th overall with a time of 4:11.11.
