Cher Lloyd (born 28 July 1993) is an English singer, songwriter, rapper, and model. She gained fame in 2010 after finishing fourth in the seventh series of The X Factor and was signed to Syco Music following the finale.
Her debut single, "Swagger Jagger," released in July 2011, reached number one on the UK Singles Chart and number two in Ireland. The second single, "With Ur Love," featuring Mike Posner, peaked at number four in the UK and number five in Ireland. Her debut album, Sticks and Stones (2011), peaked at number four on the UK Albums Chart and number seven in Ireland. Lloyd's second album, Sorry I'm Late (2014), peaked at number 21 in the UK but sold 41,000 copies, surpassing her debut's 31,000 copies. In 2012, she signed with US label Epic Records.
