Christine Maria Kaufmann, born on 11 January 1945, is a German actress, author, and businesswoman. She is the daughter of a German father and a French mother.
In 1961, she won the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress, becoming the first German to receive this honor. She has been referred to as the "most beautiful grandmother in Germany."
