Tilde Fröling, born on May 15, 1980, in Stockholm, Sweden, is a Swedish actress, model, and television presenter. She is the daughter of actor Örjan Ramberg and model Ewa Fröling.
She became known in 2005 as the host of the reality TV show Paradise Hotel. Fröling has also appeared in several films and TV series, demonstrating versatility in her roles.
