Laura Harring, geboren am 3. März 1964 als Laura Elena Martínez Herring, ist eine mexikanisch-amerikanische Schauspielerin. 1985 wurde sie als erste Latina zur Miss USA gekrönt.
Bekannt ist sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Rita im Film Mulholland Drive (2001). Weitere Filme mit ihr sind The Forbidden Dance (1990), John Q (2002), Willard (2003), The Punisher (2004), The King (2005) und Love in the Time of Cholera (2007).
