Elisabeth Hasselbeck (née Filarski; born May 28, 1977) is an American television personality and talk show host. She was born and raised in Cranston, Rhode Island, attended St. Mary Academy – Bay View, and graduated from Boston College in 1999. She gained prominence in January 2001 as a contestant on the second season of the American Survivor, finishing in fourth place. She married NFL quarterback Tim Hasselbeck in July 2002.
In November 2003, Hasselbeck became the fourth co-host on The View, replacing Lisa Ling. She and her co-hosts won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show Host during the 36th Daytime Emmy Awards. She left The View in July 2013 and became a co-host of Fox & Friends in September 2013. Hasselbeck announced in November 2015 that she would leave Fox & Friends to spend more time with her children, with her last day on December 22, 2015.
