Gina Rodriguez (born July 30, 1984) is an American actress and rapper. She is known for her roles as Majo Tenorio in the musical-drama film Filly Brown, Beverly in the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, and Jane Villanueva in the CW comedy-drama series Jane the Virgin.
She has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy and won in 2015.
