Jazmin Roxy "Jazz" Carlin (born 17 September 1990) is a British competitive swimmer who represents Wales and the Great Britain swimming team. She specializes in freestyle events and is based at the University of Bath.
She won a gold medal for Wales at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and two silver medals for Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
